From my experiences of dealing with ‘Agents’ selling property in Romania, I have to say that by far Trend Invest are the most knowledgeable in all aspects of property investment in Romania. They are of course not Agents as they are directly connected and work in conjunction with the construction company thus providing a greater degree of feedback and explanation of absolutely every question I have asked and continue to ask. Marcel Valusescu was extremely helpful and professional in his conduct to advise me of my best course of investment and will continue to keep me informed of my chosen investment’s development and growth. Furthermore Ciprian Bolos is most happy to help in advising myself and others where ‘Agents’ are not able to as they do not have the local knowledge and network of contacts to assist. They are a young vibrant and dynamic company eager to succeed and please. I recently went on an inspection trip which was superior to any I have been on before. We were taken to a number of construction sites and adhered to Health and Safety requirements where we were given tours of the properties at different stages of build which was great fun. The apartments where spacious with fantastic views and the workmanship was very high. We visited some splendid restaurants where the food was fresh and delicious.
